How you update your payment method depends on where you subscribed.

If you subscribed through iOS, update your payment method through your Apple account.

If you subscribed through Android, update your payment method through Google Play.

If you subscribed through the Potentially web app, go to your billing or subscription settings and select Manage Subscription.

If you are not sure where you subscribed, check your receipt or billing statement.
