If you subscribed through iOS, your receipt is managed by Apple.

If you subscribed through Android, your receipt is managed by Google Play.

If you subscribed through the Potentially web app, check your billing or subscription settings for receipt or invoice options.

If you need help finding a receipt, contact Potentially Support and include the email connected to your account, the charge date, and the platform where you subscribed.
