You can cancel your Potentially subscription anytime through your Apple account. Since iOS subscriptions are managed by Apple, cancellation must be done from your iPhone, iPad, or Apple subscription settings.
Cancel on iPhone or iPad
-
Open the Settings app.
-
Tap your name at the top.
-
Tap Subscriptions.
-
Select Potentially.
-
Tap Cancel Subscription.
-
Confirm the cancellation.
Apple notes that you may need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no cancel button, or you see an expiry message, your subscription may already be cancelled.
Cancel from the web
You can also manage your Apple subscriptions here:
https://account.apple.com/account/manage/section/subscriptions
Sign in with the Apple ID used to purchase the subscription, then select Potentially and cancel your plan.
After cancelling
You will usually keep access to Potentially until the end of your current billing period. Cancelling stops the subscription from renewing, but it does not automatically refund a past payment.
Need help?
If you do not see Potentially in your subscriptions, make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID you used when subscribing. For billing or refund questions, please contact Apple Support directly, since Apple manages all App Store payments. If you pay via web app please note the cancellation process is different.
