You can cancel your Potentially subscription anytime through your Google Play account. Since Android subscriptions are managed by Google Play, cancellation must be done through the Google Play Store or Google subscription settings.

Cancel on Android

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.

  2. Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.

  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions.

  4. Tap Subscriptions.

  5. Select Potentially.

  6. Tap Cancel subscription.

  7. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm.

Google notes that if you cannot find the subscription, it may be under a different Google account.

You can also manage your Google Play subscriptions here:

https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions

Sign in with the Google account used to purchase the subscription, then select Potentially and cancel your plan.

After cancelling

You will usually keep access to Potentially until the end of your current billing period. Cancelling stops the subscription from renewing, but it does not automatically refund a past payment.

Need help?

If you do not see Potentially in your subscriptions, make sure you are signed into the same Google account used to subscribe. For billing or refund questions, please contact Google Play Support directly, since Google manages all Play Store payments.
