Credits & Usage
How do credits work?
Credits are used each time you send a message. Credit usage can vary depending on the model used, token usage, and complexity of the task. For example, video tasks or longer, more complex requests may use more credits than a simple text message.
Do credits roll over?
No. Credits do not roll over. Credits reset each billing cycle based on your plan.
Why did my message use more credits than expected?
Some messages use more credits because they require more processing. Credit usage can increase based on the model selected, prompt length, response length, token usage, and complexity of the task. For example, a short text question may use fewer credits. A long research request, advanced reasoning task, file-based task, or video-related task may use more credits.
When do credits reset?
Credits reset each billing cycle based on your subscription plan. When your new billing cycle begins, your plan’s credits refresh. Unused credits from the previous cycle do not roll over. For example, if your credits reset monthly, any unused credits from the previous month expire when the new cycle begins.
What happens when I run out of credits?
When you run out of credits, you may not be able to continue sending messages until your credits reset or more credits are purchased. Credits reset each billing cycle based on your subscription plan.
Can I buy more credits?
Yes additional credits can be bought.
