Account & Login
Do I need an account to use Potentially?
Yes. Potentially requires an account so your subscription, credits, and access can be connected to you across devices. Even though an account is required, Potentially is built with privacy in mind. Your chats are stored on your side, and Potentially does not use your conversations to train AI models.
How do I create an account?
To create a Potentially account, go to the Potentially app or website and follow the sign-up steps. You will need an account to manage your subscription, credits, and access. Once your account is created and your subscription is active, you can choose an AI model and start chatting. Potentially does not store your chat history on our side. Your chats are stored locally on your device.
How do I reset my password?
To reset your password, go to the login screen and select the password reset option. Enter the email connected to your Potentially account and follow the instructions sent to you. If you do not receive the password reset email, check your spam or junk folder. Make sure you are using the same email address connected to your Potentially account.
Can I change my email?
Email changes may depend on your account settings and how your account was created. Check your account settings to see if email changes are available. If you do not see an option to update your email, contact Potentially Support for help. When contacting support, include the email currently connected to your account and the email you want to use instead.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your Potentially account, go in settings and click delete account. Deleting your account may remove your access to your subscription, credits, and account settings. Your chat history is stored locally on your device. You can also delete your local chat history directly from your device.
